About Us

Kathryn Dillon has been inspiring others through various professional and leadership positions over the past 20 years. In 2003, she earned her first coaching certification as a certified Dream Coach (CDC®), personally trained by “America’s Dream Coach” Marcia Weider. Kathryn then trained with the prestigious Coaches Training Institute and received a certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in 2004. The next year, she also completed the Coaches Training Institute Co-Active Leadership Program, an interactive, international year-long leadership program that teaches tenets of powerful leadership.

Kathryn graduated from N.C. State University with a B.S. in English Education. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the International Association of Coaches, and Coachville. She is also a member of International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the Council of Communication Management (CCM), and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Kathryn’s enthusiasm, passion, love of life, creativity and clarity inspires and motivates. She is based in Winston-Salem, NC and works with clients around the country.

In addition to consulting, Kathryn has also been a professional communication consultant for more than 20 years. She served as a senior consultant for Hewitt Associates in Atlanta from 1988 to 1994, then joined Aon Consulting in Winston-Salem, North Carolina as a vice president and communication practice leader for Aon’s southeast region. In 1998, Kathryn and her business partner, Traci Turner, started TurnerDillon (now Pebble Lake Consulting and Coaching, Inc.) to provide communication consulting and coaching services to their corporate clients in the southeast.
