Since 1998, Pebble Lake Consulting & Coaching, Inc. (formerly operating as TurnerDillon LLC) has helped clients create communication that works. Before forming Pebble Lake, each of the founding members created human resources communication materials for the largest human resources consulting firms in the world.
Kathryn Dillon, President of Pebble Lake, served as a senior consultant for Hewitt Associates in Atlanta from 1988 to 1994, then joined Aon Consulting in Winston-Salem, North Carolina as a vice president and communication practice leader for Aon’s southeast region. Kathryn received a BA in English from North Carolina State University. She is a member of International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the Council of Communication Management (CCM), and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the International Coach Federation.
Each of our senior consultants each has at least fifteen years’ experience in employee communication.
Our materials have been recognized with national awards from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Business Insurance magazine’s Employee Benefit Communication (EBC) Awards competition, and a variety of other national and regional awards.
